Each of the facilities is supported with two independent supplies of power, 24/7 security and the generators are n+1 redundant.

Power facilities

The Datacenter uses diverse independent power supplies who are independently supported by redundant power paths. As a backup system there are diesel generators with onsite fuel for 48 hours, with a fuel contract for delivery of new fuel within 4 hours.

Security

Physical access to the datacenter is provided via proximity cards with full audit systems. The datacenter has digital video cameras that monitor all areas within the datacenter. These videos are monitored from a central security office 24/7. Maximum security delivers hosting you can trust on.  

Environment

The whole datacenter is conditioned and is equipped with raised floors (600mm) for spot cooling, conditioning equipment to keep a constant temperature between 20 and 24 degrees Celsius and VESDA fire detection and suppressions systems with pre-action mist system.  

Maintenance

The datacenter is managed by advanced building management systems. There’s a full PPM (planned, preventative maintenance) policy whereby specialist equipment is supported and maintained by the suppliers.
